CrossFit

CrossFit workouts vary every day and can be modified to help each individual achieve their goals; regardless of their level of fitness or age.
Every class is coach-led from start to finish. So you just need to turn up, workout and have fun.
Barbell
Our barbell classes teach you Olympic Weightlifting and focus mainly on these technical lifts - the Snatch and Clean & Jerk.
As compound exercises, they’re great for building strength and muscle, and they also form the basis of many CrossFit movements as well.
Olympic Weightlifting lifts are highly functional. And they require complete strength to execute.
Gymnastics
The Gymnastics class, is the perfect opportunity to learn new skills, such as rope climbs, handstands… or continue to develop them.
This class is suitable for anyone, from the person who has never climbed a rope before, to the seasoned pro.
Hardio
Expect longer duration workouts than a typical CrossFit class, featuring a more consistent pace.
Youths and Teens
Youths is aimed at 11 - 14 and Teens classes are for ages 14-17.
We spend time getting stronger, with movements such as squats, cleans, snatches, deadlift and also develop skills, such as pullups handstands, rope climbs, and toes to bar!
These sessions bridge the gap between Avenge Kids and our adult classes.
Kids
Our CrossFit kids classes are suitable from ages 5-11.
Our super friendly coaches pride themselves on providing a safe, welcoming and fun fitness environment for all our little athletes.
We promote health and well-being with an age appropriate, child centred approach. Our classes include a warm up, technique work and skill development (including body weight movements, basic gymnastics, cardio machines and weightlifting), a short workout and a fun game.
The focus of every class is to have fun!
